With a new signing at HANDS with the serbian industrial techno pro-ject Ontal, the electro veteran Shorai from Madrid and another HANDS newcomer, the electro project Blac Kolor from Leipzig and finally with the dark ambient electronica project Hydrone from Athens we can now announce our final line up.
